These little potatoes were quite yummy and relatively easy. I just boiled, smashed, seasoned, and baked, and voila! I seasoned with garlic salt, Tony's, and parsley and basted with olive oil. The top picture is what they looked like before baking, and one to the side is how they looked after I took them out of the oven. YUMMO!Pinterest - Crash Hot Potatoes
